This training is to enable an NPPO management to establish and maintain “Pest Free Country (PFC)” as a phytosanitary measure according to the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) and prepare “Technical Dossier” for submission to importing country and international organizations to be recognized as a pest-free country for market access purpose.
